Responsibilities Develop, adapt, and integrate model‑based BMS functions such as thermal models, SoC/SoH estimation, cell voltage processing, and charge end detection. Implement functions in MATLAB/Simulink (TargetLink is a plus). Evaluate and improve existing models. Perform MIL tests, regression
