岗位职责： 1.全面负责欧洲区域全流程招聘工作，涵盖需求梳理、渠道维护、候选人寻访、面试跟进、offer 沟通及入职闭环，支撑区域各业务用人需求。 2.承担欧洲区域 HRBP 职责，深度对接属地业务团队，理解业务发展规划与组织人力诉求，提供常态化人力资源业务支持。 3.熟悉欧洲当地劳动法规与用工合规要求，确保区域招聘、用工及人力相关事务规范落地，把控合规风险。 4.维护欧洲本地招聘渠道及人才资源池，跟进当地人才市场、薪酬福利动态，沉淀人才数据，优化区域招聘策略。 5.统筹欧洲区域员工入转调离、属地融入、人力事务协调等日常 BP 工作，后续可根据业务发展拓展欧洲其他属地国家。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2.有欧洲区域招聘 / HRBP 相关从业经验，熟悉欧洲职场环境、人才市场及跨文化协作模式。 3.具备 IT 行业人力相关经验，了解技术类、销售类岗位人才画像与招聘逻辑。 4.能独立负责区域全流程招聘及 BP 事务，熟练使用各类招聘渠道，具备自主寻访及人才甄别能力。 5.流利中英文沟通读写能力，掌握欧洲小语种者优先；逻辑清晰，执行力强，擅长跨区域跨团队协调。 6.具备良好的合规意识、抗压能力及问题解决能力，适配跨国远程 / 属地办公节奏，能承接后续区域业务拓展需求。...
