Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions. Deliver after-sales technical support , troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues. Build and
